Order Processing Guidelines

In our commitment to efficient order processing and fairness to all customers, please take note of the following:

1.Orders will be automatically deleted if payment is not received within 3 days of order placement.

2.We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders without prior notice in cases where the ordered product is no longer available in stock or is found to be defective.

3.Customers are kindly reminded to check their order status periodically before shipment completion. It's important to note that items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by others.

Item Availability Policy

We are committed to fulfilling every order with care and attention. However, please understand that despite our best efforts, there may be occasions where we are unable to supply a product for various reasons.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of orders and adjust prices accordingly to ensure fairness to all customers.

In some cases, dispatch of orders may be delayed due to stock availability.

Return and Refund Policy

All sales are non-refundable. Please make your selections thoughtfully before completing your purchase. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for customer change of mind, in order to protect the interests of our store. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within one week of receipt to arrange for a return or replacement.

Shipping Policy

Orders containing items in ready stock will be shipped within 1-3 working days upon receipt of payment. We utilize J&T Malaysia for local shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 working days to reach your address.

Please be aware that there is no postal service available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Shipments scheduled for these days will be processed on the next available working day. We are not responsible for any shipment damage, loss, or delays.
